Application Cycles

Guidelines and eligibility are available for your reference at any time. Applications are accessible to complete and submit at any time via the Apply Now link below; there will be four application cycle due dates throughout the calendar year.

Applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on the application cycle due date.
Late and/or incomplete applications will be considered in the following cycle, if eligible.

Application Cycle Due Dates:

January 14, 2025 – for notification on April 4, 2025
April 14, 2025 – for notification on July 7, 2025
July 21, 2025 – for notification on October 3, 2025
October 14, 2025 – for notification on January 7, 2026

Application Workshops

First-time grantseekers are encouraged to attend our informal, hour-long workshop to become familiar with the application process and participate in a Q&A session.
